High working efficiency and fast spraying speed. When spraying water to control dust on sites prone to dust accumulation, the fine fog particles sprayed come into contact with floating dust, forming a wet mist that quickly suppresses and settles the dust. The settling rate of the fog volume can reach over 80-90%.
Secondary atomization technology is used, which employs a specific vortex turbine air-assisted device to change the wind direction and form an angle with the flow direction of fog particles, promoting sufficient atomization of water mist.
After the mist droplets are sprayed from the nozzle, they are further shattered by high-speed and high-pressure airflow in the spraying area, gradually increasing the speed of the droplets and improving the atomization degree. The atomization generally reaches droplet sizes of approximately 50-150um in diameter. It can be powered by either three-phase 380V city power or a supporting generator set, providing flexible power options.
The supporting generator set is installed on the transport vehicle, which allows for flexible operation and safe and reliable use. It can be manually controlled (optional semi-automatic or fully automatic control).
Compared to other dust spraying equipment (spray guns, sprinkler trucks), it can save water consumption by 70% to 80%, and the coverage area of water mist is much larger than that of other dust suppression spraying devices.
